Chapter Eleven

CASON

“What the fuck, Selina?” I had her yoked up, against the wall outside.

“Get your hands off me.” She tried to pry my hands off but she couldn’t.

“What’s really good? And don’t make me ask again?”

“I don’t like the Rebel bitch and Ingrid, isn’t nothing but.-” I walked closer to her.

“Get fucked up out here.” She gave me a crazy look when I said something about her, getting ready to disrespect my girl. I’m not feeling her coming for Rebel either but I know, Pierce is gonna get in her ass.

“How you gonna let Ingrid get in between you and Rose?” I had to look at my sister like she lost her fucking mind.

“I wanna know too.” Rose came from out the shadows.

“Are you serious?” They both said yes.

“First off… Rose, you were fucking with a nigga, who had a woman and you knew.” My sister snapped her head to stare at her.

“Pierce and I, both told you, shit wasn’t gonna turn out good for you and now look. You’re pregnant by a nigga, who beat your ass and could probably care less about you.” I saw the tears falling down her face.

“If that’s not enough, you attacked my girl for no reason. She didn’t say shit to you, yet, you continued to fuck with her until she snapped. If she was wrong, I don’t have a problem addressing it but she wasn’t, so don’t even think about asking why I didn’t say anything to her.”

“Cason, I don’t know why I did turned on her. Rose said, the crap about her baby daddy and.-” I looked at Selina.

“I don’t give a fuck why you did it but I do know, you better not ever try no shit with her or Rebel, again.”

“So, we can’t be friends anymore? Am I off the team?” I can’t believe Rose was asking me could she still work with us.

“Rose, I’ll always love you because you’re like my sister but I can’t fuck with you on any other level. If that nigga was beating on you and I hadn’t met Ingrid, I would still kill him. You went against the code and warned him, we were about to get him. How do I know you haven’t given him or anyone else, important information? Your street cred is shot and its fucked up because you were loyal as hell. You’ve never allowed a man, to get in between your job or family.”

“So, that’s it?” She questioned and my sister waited for the answer, too.

“What you want me to do, Rose? You want me to ignore the fact, you’re fucking with a nigga, I’m gonna kill? You want me to let the shit go, knowing he’s still tryna get at my girl?”

I was mad as hell, when Ingrid told me he called her on the phone. His bitch ass, had the nerve to fill her in on everything I did at his house and then, threatened her parents. Ingrid pretended it didn’t bother her but I know it did, which is why, I made sure to call in to have their house watched.
